All Apple Watches can track your steps and fitness statistics, display iPhone notifications, provide basic information like the weather, set timers, send and receive text messages, answer phone calls, and download useful apps. Sleep tracking, enhanced health monitoring, car crash detection, and international emergency calling are all new features and functionality in the current editions, The Watch is as much about its relationship with the overall watchOS and iOS environment as it is about the hardware you wear on your wrist.
